Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

Cancellations of orders are not accepted. Any changes to the order has to be made at least two (2) working days. You may email us at fleurista.sg@gmail.com  or contact us via phone 9688-6704 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

REFUND

Due to the perishable nature of our products and made-to-order works, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

Refund is only allowed if the product is defective or damaged.
