Terms & Conditions
As the purchaser of items from Fleurista, the purchaser agrees that:
ORDERING
- Orders can be placed either online or via the telephone (Message or Whatsapp).
- For online fund transfer (Paynow and Paylah!), we will only process your order upon receiving your screenshot payment.
- We cannot be held responsible for incorrect/ incomplete information of any kind. We will always try our best to reach you or the recipient. However, do expect delays in the processing of your order should there be missing pieces of information.
- During adverse weather conditions, our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order.

PRICE & PAYMENT
- All prices include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
- For all orders online, we accept VISA, MasterCard and online fund transfer (Paynow and Paylah!).
- For all orders placed over the phone (text message or Whatsapp), we accept all of the above.
- We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
- All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.
- An invoice is issued as a PDF with online orders placed.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Cancellations of orders are not accepted. However, any changes to the order has to be made at least two (2) working days. You may email us at fleurista.sg@gmail.com or contact us via phone 9688-6704 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Due to the perishable nature of our products and made-to-order works, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Refund is only allowed if the product is defective or damaged.
- If by any chance or circumstance you feel that you are not happy with the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date. Kindly provide us with your order number and pictures of the defective products. We will do our very best to come to a fair resolution.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Flowers used are depended on their availability based on the season. Hence, Fleurista reserves the right to make amendments to arrangements using comparable substitutes of the same or similar value.
DELIVERY
- Flower deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays.
- Surcharge will be imposed for selective time slot.
- Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customer, Fleurista cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at fleurista.sg@gmail.com or via phon 9688-6704 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within one (1) day (24 hours) of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse to any rights of a refund.
FLOWER MAINTENANCE
Please be mindful that flowers are a perishable product that will react to immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. After care is important to increase the longevity of your flowers!
Fresh Flowers:
- Remove packaging and place them in fresh and clean water.
- Re-cut the stems on 90 angle with sharp scissors every 2 days to prevent rotting.
- Change clean water every two days. If possible, you may change daily.
- Avoid placing flowers in direct sunlight or air conditioning room.
- To prolong the life of the flowers, you can add flower food to the water. Flowers are just like us, they need tender loving care to keep them happy.
Preserved/Dried Flowers:
The flowers are very delicate like fresh flowers, so they must be handled with care and should be treated as follows:
- Avoid water, not even misted. Sprinkling water or perfume can cause damage. This will encourage mold to grow & discoloration to set in on the stems and petals of the flowers.
- Avoid area with high moisture. Keep the arrangement in a room temperature, humidity free environment.
- Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the color of the flowers.
- If dust collects, gently clean with a soft duster or using a hairdryer from a moderate distance.
- Flowers have been preserved using natural dyes. To prevent transfer of color, do not place in contact with fabrics or furnishings.
- Preserved flowers are delicate and can be damaged easily. You shouldn’t press, bend or squash the petals or stems.
