Shipping & Delivery

Every purchase comes with free delivery service. Additional charges will apply to areas like Changi Airport, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, Sembawang Wharves, Shipyards, Army Camp, PSA ports.
International delivery is not available.

Delivery is Monday to Sunday between 10am - 6pm.  (excluding Public Holidays).

Specific time slot will have a surcharge of SGD10.

Time slots:

• 10am – 12pm
• 12pm – 2pm
• 2pm – 4pm
• 4pm – 6pm
  
  

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct details for delivery. Please ensure the recipient availability to accept the delivery during the allotted timeframe. Be rest assured that we will try our best to reach the sender and recipient for further delivery instructions.  If it is unsuccessful, our delivery partner will leave the arrangement outside the doorstep/reception and we will not be liable for any losses or damages to the arrangements.

Delivery charges are for one (1) delivery attempt only. Another re-delivery of SGD15 will be charged.
